Kirsteen is the most beautiful yoga teacher and Samana Yoga is sanctuary of peace and calm. I love going to restorative classes and Kirsteen’s full moon ceremony. If you are in the area I thoroughly recommend. A wonderful community of students also

I have been practicing yoga with Kirsteen now for about 4+ years. It has made so many positive changes to my health in so many ways. Her classes are varied challenging inclusive and restorative. The space is welcoming cosy and filled with love always.

Caring, calm, happy and very professionally run yoga studio. Beautiful space and all props provided. Plenty of options from gentle, restorative classes to a great workout for more energetic yogis.Best value payment options too. I am really enjoying my yoga at Samana.
