Being a new client it’s always nerve racking when heading into a new salon but from the moment I stepped in I knew I was in the right place. Tess took her time to discuss what I wanted and she definitely delivered above expectations! Her attentiveness and friendly attitude made me feel so comfortable and at ease, which made the experience so much more enjoyable! Tess was clearly knowledgeable and her professionalism was clear in how she gave me realistic expectations, explained the process (which although I don’t care much about, I definitely appreciated) and provided me with advice and product recs on how to help my hair stay healthier! Definitely the best salon experience I’ve ever had And would be coming back!

Absolutely wonderful!! I love my hair. The whole experience was spot on and I felt super pampered and taken care of. Great chat with Cassandra and she gave me exactly what I wanted. She is also super caring and attentive. Amazing value and such a beautiful team!! Love it! I wish I could come every week. (Also I’m a hairdresser so I’m pretty fussy)

It has always been a great experience, I walk in excited for my day and leave feeling amazing. Love what Brooke does to my hair! I trust her judgement even when I’m not sure what to do. The whole team is amazing, warm and welcoming, even if they had been on their feet all day and you’re the last client of the week they make you feel special. After such a tough year I hope the whole team get as much appreciation as they deserve.

Tess is amazing with ideas for change. She listens to what you have to say and then delivers more than you expected! This was my first colour with her and she has set the bar very high! She really knows how to manage thicker curly hair and how to treat it well. In addition she’s very personable & respectful. Would highly recommend

What a fantastic experience! All the staff were so lovely, I felt welcomed as soon as I entered the salon and right through the several hours I spent there to fix my significant regrowth. Nikki took the time to sit down with me from the get go and understand what I wanted, explaining any terms I didn’t quite understand without any condescension. Super happy with everything and I’ve already booked in my next two appointments to come.

Went here to have the keratin hair treatment. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Everything was explained really well, which was important to me as I was having the keratin treatment done for the 1st time. Definitely recommend!

I brought in a picture of the style I wanted (heaps of different colours) and Brooke showed me some colours and explained that we could do a version of the style considering my various requests. It was a long process but the service was awesome. In the end my hair was surprisingly better than I expected - I am so happy with the look and have gotten heaps of compliments!!! Tess also did a great job cutting my hair and giving me a fringe. Love the dedication of the Rubi team that compliments their high quality skillset. I'll be recommending Rubi to anyone that wants their hair done :D
