Thanks so much to the people at Hills.I have needed quite a few jobs done, big and small at a local charitable organization.They have always been honest and integral with their advice and quoting.We really appreciate it as some companies did not even respond to our enquiry.We have some odd requests in less then ideal circumstances yet they always manage a solution!We will certainly continue to use their services.Thank you!

Had 2 air conditioners installed last year, had quotes done and were the cheapest quote, so went with Hills for the air conditioners. The service was excellent, very efficient, the work was 10/10 they clean the area once they have finished. I couldn't fault anything with Hills energy workers or the work done. Also recently had a new hot water quote done and again the quote came back within our budget, within 3 days called to say they can install. The workmanship and quality again couldn't fault it. They took the old hot water system away and even took the hot water solar off the roof. They asked if it was ok to take off roof and put it on grass, they replaced broken tiles and cleaned any broken glass up around my front yard. I will diffently be supporting this company for anything else.This company gets a 10/10.

PROMPT, EXPERIENCED WITH GREAT SERVICE.I have nothing but good things to say about Hills energy solutions. I called and spoke with Andrea whom was nothing but delighful, she did tell me they were extremely busy but when I informed her we didnt have heating she was onto the matter straight away. We only had to wait a few days before Corey was out looking at our heater and what a delight to deal with and full of knowledge on advice which way to head. Within a week we had our new heating system in and up and running. The 3 young men that came and fitted the system were well mannered,and they got on with the job. A great team from the front desk to the tradies and also Gary. Congratualtions Hills for good old fashion service. Anyone wanting heating or cooling dont waste your time going anywhere else. Our ducted heating system, under warranty, packed it in recently. The job was given to Hills Heating Solutions who immediately ordered the required part. Being winter I rang them a couple of times to check if the part was in and found them considerate and understanding. Imagine my pleasant surprise when Jason arrived at my door at 5.00pm on a Friday evening before a long weekend and fixed the heating unit. Can't speak highly enough of this company.

Asked for quote on a repair job on my gas ducted heater. I was encouraged to just replace it, as they didn't have the parts readily available plus other parts would wear out. I was able to find them online, and repair the heater myself. I believe they would gouge for money. Later was sent a bill for $180 for a quote, without being provided billing options on the day. Would not recommend.

Our 25 year old gas ducted heater died on the Monday. I contacted 3 local supplies on Tuesday for quotes. Hills came out the next day to quote. Their price was on par with others, but their knowledge/advice seemed to be the best and they did not try to upsell like others. Just replace what we had with something new and more efficient as I requested. Best of all, they said they could do the job fast and delivered on that promise. After confirming the order on Thursday afternoon, they had the new unit installed by Friday afternoon. Sold me a 6 star Braemar. All working great so far. Thanks to all the team at Hills.
