Not happy. Sent email to inform of hay being cut prior to rain and while I was away. I asked to postpone and believed it was arranged. Arrived weeks early and again I asked them to postpone. Rude and abrupt response. Hay was cut and baled and half the crop left behind. Raked with a ute and rushed. Poor communication and very poor customer service. No contact since. Sms and emails only. A phone call would have gone some way to resolving this.
