Love coming here. Shame the only reason was taking my partner to the hospital that was somewhat closer. However did speak with the manager and said that they need a store down south of Adelaide, like further than St Mary's.Did suggest that the old master's building is just sitting idle.They could set up everything and perhaps a team to install.Anyways, very helpful,friendly staff.

I have purchased several items from here the past 12months.Yes a couple have gone back under Warranty but the service from the team at Kings social media and in store has been Amazing.Shout out to Adam who has been more than accommodating when iv needed to return my items.Iv had ZERO issues with any refunds, swaps or store credits.I highly recommend this store, i will continue to take my business here.Thanks kings team, you kept my company going by straight swapping my esky today, i use this daily and my clients and i appreciate the efforts you went to to make this an easy process.THANK YOU

Bought a Lithium battery but Missed a great special on solar panels and a controller on the same day. Picked my battery up the next day and they honoured the discount price on the panels and controller with no problem.Great service and friendly while doing it. Two thumbs up. I recommend the store at Kilburn.

Had a horrible experience refunding product. Manager was really very upset to follow company policy and made us feel like a criminal or we are doing something wrong. I am utterly disappointed with the service of the manager in this store

Very frustrating experience with my 120amp hour lithium battery. To begin with the price went down $100 almost straight after I purchased it online and got in store credit for the difference. Had to spend an hour in store calling their ' customer service ' myself while in their store to arrange the credit which I was told was all sorted before heading there.The battery never got over 13.3 v with my Kings solar.Went off-grid for 12 day's and the battery completely died on day four leaving me with zero power for the rest of the trip.Went through a lengthy warranty process only to be told the battery is apparently fine.Very dissatisfied customer.
