Imperial Bistro
Food was great, but the seating was a bit weird. The chairs in the sports bar were really uncomfortable and small (could barely fit my as$ in it) so we had to sit in the Bistro area where it was flat out and too cramped. It seems like they could have designed the space much better than what the current arrangement is. All in all a good experience.. ps, there was a pizza bar attached to the back which looked pretty good as well.

Food was very fresh and tasty. Wasn't a long wait. Good selection of beer and a nice layout for a hotel with a number of bars.

Great Australian pub food plus more modern additions. Generous serves and friendly stuff. Bar staff are a little slow in clearing glasses.

Just walked in off the street for a quick takeaway mealDinner plans had gone upside down so we decided to stop in here and get takeway. It was so delicious and they were accommodating for my son's dairy allergies. Had a quick beer while waiting for the food. Both the staff in the bistro and the moustached barman (who complimented my moustache also) was too notch service and food. Very well done guys we will be back!! From Sydney but I'll always make sure to recommend and come in when I'm in Bowral. Thanks again !

Nice bistro, the usual style you would expect from such place. The outside sitting area was very nice if you are not a fan of cooled areas in summer, it was also covered from sun. Food was great, nothing very special, but certainly met all expectations. Would recommend

Food here is pretty decent for a bistro, good for a stop over for lunch if on a roadtrip and going through bowral. They have a normal pub style menu as well as wood fired pizzas. Good for sharing with others, i enjoyed the schnitty the most out of all the food.

A birthday lunch. Ten of us plus three small children. Food was great and plenty of it! Service of meal was very good. Food hot! A very enjoyable afternoon.

The portobello mushroom burger was delicious! Atmosphere was great and staff were friendly. The also have 2 pool tables which is great!

Had dinner here while watching the footy in the bar. First time experience. We had a caprese salad which was quite a bit of cherry tomatoes and not much mozzarella but is a fresh salad.Had pizza to share which was delicious as how woodfire pizza are usually. They initially also forgot our order but were very quick to respond. Prices are very reasonable.Atmosphere is nice, there is a nice fireplace in the pizzeria itself.

We regularly drive up from the south coast for lunch,.It has become our favourite place because the meals are always so good. I cannot wait until we can go back for a ice cold beer and a brilliant feed.
