B & D Carpets Galore

Staff are amazing and prices are so good. I didn't bother shopping around as i was so happy with the prices. They turn up on time and if it's in stock it can be done in a day or two depending on how much work they have on. The guys that lay the flooring are so friendly and did a fantastic job. My house looks a million dollars. Definitely 5 stars plus.

I would prefer to walk on dirt than ever deal with the owner of this store. Shonky, disrespectful and ignorant. Don't expect decent customer service I doubt he understands the word. Sadly, the staff are lovely, my condolences to them.

It was my worst shopping experience!They offer no responsibility at all. When I ordered the product, the owner told me it would take 7 to 10 days maximum. After about one month when I did not receive the product, he was not giving me even any approximate date and told me it might take 35 years!!! Yes he said that! I had to cancel the order after about four weeks. Just wasted my time. Also, the way the owner talks to you is not respectful at all. He just blamed the supplier without accepting any responsibility. All in all, customer service is terrible!My comment is DO NOT GO THERE AT ALL!

At first the carpets looked great after a few months the carpet developed creases in multiple places. They came and assessed and fixed the issue, so I thought. Few months down the track this again got progressively worse to the point it looked terrible. Contacted them and they told me it had past their warranty period however they would come back for a last time to repair. The installers came and ended up cutting out a whole heap of carpet from the rooms because the carpets was not stretched out properly which was the root cause. The edges of the carpet weren’t secured properly, you could simply lift the carpet on the edges and they would lift up. They ended up fixing the carpet, not a 100% but better than what it was. Several months later I have the same issue and it doesn’t seem they are capable of fixing the issue.I don’t think the carpet is the problem, rather the poor installation. Quality control is nonexistent!Won’t be using them again!

Gary was fantastic. He knew a lot and gave us options. The process was very fast and they accommodating to everything- i have a job where i can only email and nothing was a problem. Thank you to the whole team

We had a wonderful experience with B&D . The two men were really helpful in show room, the girls were helpful with colours and the two guys laying the carpet were so friendly and full of knowledge. The carpet was ordered and arrived only days later. Their price was a lot better than other major retailers. I would definitely use this company again. Thank you for making our brand new home look even better.
