I've been here a few times to visit my dad. All the staff are always so friendly, caring and accommodating. Facilities are always clean and well looked after.. They are always doing wonderful activities and bus trips with the residents.. Such a feel good facility many now call home

My mother has been a resident in respite care for 4 weeks. We have made the decision based on the care and attention that she has received by the medical and support staff that she will take up permanent residence. All interactions with the staff have been caring and professional.

Love that my mum gets healthy fresh meals, cooked on the premises and four different activities each day to keep her entertained. I love that I get Facebook updates with pictures of my mum enjoying herself every single day. What a great job and brilliant care shown by the wonderful people looking after all the residents.

I live in Wollongong and my mum is in full care at Bupa. Very disappointed in their phone communication to speak to my mum . Some days they don't pick up? Other times it takes 5 minutes to get through to carers.I try and ring mum every 2nd day but can go up to 4 days before hearing her voice. Very frustratingI would like to Thank Jenny at reception today for getting me to speck to my mum. Have been trying for several days. The carers on the other phone line wont pick up. IT was lovely to hear my mums voice.Hopefully with new management the communication between calls will improve.

My husband just got home from 10 days respite at Bupa Eden. We can’t speak highly enough about the home, the staff and the services provided. The home is welcoming and warm, the rooms are spacious and have their own ensuite and air con units, there are lots of activities on offer, the food is delicious and the staff are caring and friendly. We would recommend this home without hesitation for respite or permanent care.
