They serviced a garage door at one of my rental properties for me. They attended the next day after I called and were on time. The door is working well again and their price was reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate in using them again in the future.

Torsion Springs broken, ran All Coast, went to message bank, oh well... left a message, their techican called back within 10 mins, quoted me a reasonable price and said he can be there within 15 mins.I kept asking his name but keep forgetting (Salsa, I believe, sorry if I get it wrong again). He arrived on time and got the springs replaced as well as did a service to my garage door without extra charge.Honestly, this is the best service I've had for a long long time and I would recommend All Coast to whoever I know has any issue with their garage.

We would highly recommend All Coast Garage Doors to anyone. They are extremely efficient, helpful, reliable and have fantastic service. Of the 20+ calls I made last night after our garage door came off the rail, Phil was one of 2 companies to even respond to me at 8:30pm and assured me to just leave it hanging and that everything could be fixed without huge damage. He assured me he would be out to us today and he absolutely did not fail. Completed the job so fast and we can sleep safe tonight knowing our house is secure again. Thank you Phil for being reliable and answering my emergency call and text at 8:30pm! We appreciate it!!

I am really disappointed of the service because of the following:1. I didn’t confirm or messaged YES in the text message that they sent a day before the repair to confirm the appointment and now they are charging for a call out fee for not being on site.2. Repair guy called and arrived on site 30 mins before the appointment time and I said I will be there at a certain time where I am booked in and he said I need to reschedule again. There is no notice that they are on their way so I can be on site.3. Bad customer service, they called me in the morning after the day of repair that they are charging me for the call out fee not in a nice way. I am trying to explain my side but unfortunately the girl who called me couldn’t even handle my concerns correctly. I am more than willing to pay for the call out fee but I don’t deserve to be assisted/treated like that.I dont recommend them and I will not use them in our business as well.

Had 3 quotes one direct from a major manufacturer, our job was a little difficult, the other 2 quotes could only give me a list of their perceived problems, All Coast came by no drama and best price, after I received the quote I questioned as to why some items were seen as issues by other suppliers, and was told we are happy with the difficult ones!! and so were we, the installer came in, got stuck into the job finished in a matter of hours and looks great, Thanks All Coast

Had the guys out today to sort out our garage door that had decided to go sideways last week. All I can say is from the initial phone call to this arvy when they came and sorted the door, absolutely fantastic and the charge was Awesome.Thanks again All Coast Garage Doors.Regards Robert Barnsley.

Great service from the team at All Coast Garage Doors. Original conversation on phone was very professional. The guy who came and serviced our electronic garage door was pleasant, professional and informative. He would explain all the things he was going to do and explained everything he did and explained about our setup. Great service guys!

These guys are just great. Reason they are busy is absolutely because they're great at their job and they employ good people. Whether it's general servicing, repair or replacing. Anyone that has showed up has always been pleasent and personable.
