Best vet for rats. Dr Lynda and Hannah are so knowledgeable and caring when it comes to looking after my little ratties. They consistently provide the best care for them and go above and beyond what is expected of a vet.

Came in on the 06/05/23 around 11am to find my cat his favourite toy after he lost it, which is a little blue mouse. Unfortunately I didnt catch the name of the staff who helped me, however, I just wanted to give her a shoutout as she was so lovely and generous when assisting me in finding the toy. I'm very appreciative of her efforts and wanted to say THANK YOU!

Incredible clinic and amazing staff!They managed to squeeze me in very last minute to see my rat for a ruptured abscess. Then when he needed surgery to clean it out they did it without hesitation despite the fact that it was so last minute and they were short staffed due to COVID. They were so understanding and thorough; they patiently answered all my questions and were very comforting towards my anxiety about the whole situation. Everyone there is obviously very skilled, experienced and passionate and I am so grateful for their help with my baby boy!!They are also very reasonably priced, especially for an exotics vet. Would absolutely recommend!!

Great service and Dr Bonning saved my rat - excellent care for my little pocket pet. Other vets could diagnose the problem by Dr Bonning easily identified the pituitary growth and prescribed a great new form of treatment for it that is keeping my little fur baby going happy and healthy.

The only clinic that I will take my rats to (I live 45 minutes away). Dr. Lynda and her staff are the best for small animal care, they have so much experience, knowledge and passion and it really shows!They take exceptional care of their patients and are very empathetic towards the pet parents; always happy to answer any questions or provide comfort as needed.Your baby is in excellent hands at this clinic!

This practise is very well run. We have been taking our pets there for many years and the staff are very thorough and highly capable. We recently had to have our beloved dog put down after 13 years. The staff couldn't have been kinder or more supportive. They gave us great support and helped us get through a very difficult time. Highly recommend this practise and Linda Bonning.

Dr. Monica is professional and provide full all of care and love for my guinea pig for health check and surgery. She provided detailed information and instructions for me every times and help me reduce a lot of anxiety. All the doctors and nurses help me a lot, they are kind and generous and really patient for every questions and phone call. Thank you so much! They are professional and experienced!

Excellent care for my exotics and my cats. Will never go anywhere else.

We saw Dr Gates with our seriously sick 10 week old Border Collie, Molly - and she was amazing. Her physical exam was very thorough, she gave us lots of information and showed excellent empathy for us, remaining professional and caring -- amidst my and my daughter's tears. After a not great experience at an animal emergency the night before it was such a relief. The clinic staff were also really excellent. Thank you!

Thankyou all so very much for taking care of my fur babies 5 x 4 week old chihuahuas Dr Lynda Bonning came to my rescue and so did all of the staff at Canterbury vet clinic, you are all amazing people to give my fur babies the attentive care and love you have supplied for them. THANKYOU from the bottom of my heart we still have a little way to go as all my fur babies at home are all on the mend still especially mum.
