Not very helpful. I placed an order and had to wait 3 weeks to arrive. When we went to collect & pay I wanted to add a few more stock items from the showroom. We were told NO NO NO. The System does not work like that. You must spend another $110 and we cannot add it to your current order. You must place a new order. Wanted to add another $50 worth but was not able to so had to give up. Going somewhere else next time as just rude and unhelpful here. Sales Prevention Officers!

I've been getting my containers and jars from Plasdene for years now and have never had any problems or issues with customer service or anything else. The staff are always friendly and helpful. No reason for me to go anywhere else. :).
