DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The sales person, Scott Fischer, told me they have storage facilities in Fla, which is where we were moving to from NY. I thought this would be perfect, one stop shopping for moving & storage before we purchased our new home. The location for the storage, I was told, was in Lakekand, Fla so we decided to get our hotel in Lakeland to make life easier. Long story short, the movers come, we wind up paying $3000 more than original estimate. Scott did an awful job with dimensions, etc. And then we find out, they DO NOT have a storage facility, we have to find our own. It was a nightmare from beginning to end. The worst part, no one takes responsibility for anything. I've learned my lesson & I hope this info will help someone else from making the same mistake. The one star rating should be a zero!!!
