Drove down to Sydney to get it the canopy and Rhino racks supplied and fitted. They spent a lot of time with attention to detail to ensure everything fitted as it should. Rate them ten out of ten for customer service.Staff friendly, helpful and they cared about what they did.

Rang up about replacement rubbers for my windows . They have been badly affected by 6 floods but still approaching their business positively .

In August 2021 I contacted this business to source some spare parts for an older canopy they had supplied. Due to it's age I was told some old stock in storage had to be checked for parts. I've since been told that one part is definitely available but the other part needs to be measured to confirm. As requested I emailed the measurements required to confirm the suitability of the potential part, a long time ago. I've called your business 31 times in total including the original contact. The staff member I deal with always apologizes and says they will get onto it and call me back that day. They never call back. During the last call I was told they would head down to measure the potential part straight away and call me back. I was not called back. I have also called several times and had to repeat the same conversation with the same staff member. I understand COVID has made operating difficult but this has nearly taken up half a year of my time and no straight answer has been provided. I cannot understand how this has taken so long just to get an answer. While I am not a potential customer for a new canopy at this stage and perhaps not worth investing the time/effort, the long winded process of this spare part inquiry is beyond ridiculous. If you cannot supply the part, why not just let me know? Rather than string me along for months. I am happy to discuss this with someone else in the business if they are able to actually contact me back. At this stage I would never consider your canopies as an option for future vehicles due to the absolute shamble this inquiry has been.Update - after making this post I did manage to acquire the parts and an apology plus explanation from management. Sadly it took this much effort to finalize the request.

Husband Ross spoke to Micheal about the opening handle on the rear of the canopy. Micheal talked him through dismantling the housing and finding the missing screws. Great experience and highly recommend this company based on our experience with them.

Michael and the Team at Razorback Canopies were absolutely fantastic to deal with! Nothing was ever an issue for them, they worked around my schedule for fitting and once the canopy was on I couldn’t fault it, great looking product, great functionality and a great price.
