Use them on behalf of my parents. Excellent customer service above and beyond. Most importantly repairs was extremely performed on a higher level.Also they organised an Uber for my pensioner Dad to send him on his way home after dropping off the car at their workshop.

Best customer service you could possibly ask for. Getting into an accident was such a stressful time for me, but no matter what, their reception team were understanding and amazing through it all. The same goes for the repairers and mechanics in the back, I felt that they went above and beyond to ensure that my car was fixed beyond fault and that any issues I had were dealt with accordingly. Great company from my experience. 10/10. Thank you BARC for all your help :)

Called in today for a quote and they were FABULOUS. They explained things to me that my insurance company haven't, so I understood the repair proces better.... even without getting guaranteed work from me. I like a company that gives you no BS. I highly recommend them.

I had my car towed here after an accident and the level of customer service/communication I received was fantastic. My repairs took longer than expected which was not due to the repairer but on getting parts in and they were so apologetic even when it was out of their control, very professional and friendly. I appreciated the weekly contact from them and being updated every step of the way. I would highly recommend.

I visited the center to get the quote. The service was excellent. The mechanic saw me on the spot and had a really good look at the damage, took lots of photos and the same I received the detailed quote. I would definitely recommend the service!
