The customer service and the subject matter knowledge are outstanding!!!We had a problem with Grohe inwall cistern leaking for month with plumbers refusing to fix it.I went to reece in Bradon and Adam was very friendly and knowledgeable!!! He found a part for me and explained why it got broken in 8 years. Haha.
