Little to no communication throughout the extremely delayed build and hence many mistakes made.Over 6 months past the handover date and problems still haven't been rectified.Would call and leave messages multiple times a week and would never receive a call back.Recently been informed that the partnership of Marigold Homes and Europa Developments has been terminated and now Marigold Homes has legally nothing to do with" the properties they built together.Disgusting service. Do not use especially if you are hoping for your dream home. All you get is more expenses
