We were having problems with our existing UV sterilizer. I made an enquiry to Filtered Fresh online and had Ben respond promptly. Ben turned up at the predetermined time to discuss our issues. Ben left us with an AquaPro UV sterilizer and offered to install it, however I had installed the previous ones we had had so I decided to do it myself. After getting into the install I realised I didn't have the correct fitttings to connect the water supply. A quick text message to Ben, who responded straight way, saw him come back to my house to help me out. This was truly great service, as I could have spent a lot of time running around town trying to source the correct fittings. Ben's commitment to service that morning saved me many precious hours on my day off. Thanks Ben it was much appreciated. The AquaPro sterilizer is doing a great job. I had previously purchased my UV sterilizers online but now appreciate the local personalised service I am receiving from Ben and Filtered Fresh. Also, I'm pleased I am now helping a well deserving local business.
