Broken Hill Distillery Wed to Sun from 12pm, all day Gin tastings!

Recently had the pleasure of being gifted a bottle of Spirit of the Outback' Gin and it is a great drink."

What we had on the tasting paddle was yummy, far west, gunpowder and outback moonshine, which was my favourite, all worth the taste.

Suggest u improve your way into the distillery - we would have loved to spend some money with you but the door on the side entrance was locked . And other couple before us had the same issue .pityYour gin selection seem great maybe next time

An excellent experience !!!My wife & I bought a tasting platter each. We had never tasted gin before !!!(truly), but had tasted moonshine at Ole Smoky Distillery in Nashville Tennessee (another truly unforgettable experience highly recommended).The tasting platter came with 3 gins, a moonshine and accompanying tonic water, ginger beer and slices of lemon, lime & orange to go with the appropriate sample.Guided by owner Paul we assembled and slowly tasted each offering. The result - delightful, refreshing and enjoyable.This distillery has only been operational for just on 12 months, and is known locally as the distillery attached to the pub. They have already won several awards and, mark my words !!!, it will not be long before the pub is known as the Pub attached to the Broken Hill Distillery.Highly recommended !!!

Paul was the consummate professional, with such a great depth of knowledge. I learnt a lot about the distilling process, explained in such an easy to understand way. The tasting paddle was very well-presented with all the accompanying citrus slices. The bottle labels are all courtesy of a local photographer. When in Broken Hill, go here. I didn't have time to stay for lunch, but you should and enjoy it in the beautiful courtyard garden.

We did a private tasting session with our group of 7. Paul walked us through his local flavour influences all sourced locally, that he uses to craft his selection of Gin's.Our favourites are his Moonshine, Far West and Gunpowder Gins.The Rememberance Gin was nice and watch out for the new release coming soon, we had a sneaky tasting and it blew our minds, can't wait for its release soon!!!!Thank you Paul for a great experience!!

My partner and I went to this beautiful distillery on a sunny Sunday afternoon and were greeted by lovely people and delicious gin. I definitely recommend trying this place.

We had a brilliant tour of the Distillery this morning. Paul showed us the process he uses to create award winning gins and he shared the best ways to enjoy their different characteristics.We had a great lunch at the pub.We recommend a visit any time you're in Broken Hill.

The tasting paddle of gins and moonshine amazing. We absolutely loved the moonshine with ginger beer. Also the gin. Loved the experience.( Broken Hill water never tasted so good ). Love it.
