showed the woman a picture of what i wanted, and she ended up cutting too short. i told her the length she was at is fine, and she still continued cutting, it only took for the guy to take over and fix it to make it good for what it is. Not a bad haircut, just not what i wanted

Although the haircut is 15$ they will tell you they need to shampoo your hair to do haircut and at the end will charge your 5$ more for hairwash which she won't mention when asking you for hair wash. And they did it with me and many friends I knowDefinitely not going again

The services are moderate and not consistent all the time as you have different barbers everyday. Made an appointment yet was made to stay for more than an hour. Very unprofessional and unreliable.

went there for what I thought a simple job, trim my hair EVENLY a little bit. that's it.the guy didn't seem to know what he's doing and kept going back and forth with his scissors in my hair, to end up with a too short, anything but even cut. every bit has different length ... then I heard the last thing I'd expect from a hairdresser": because your hair isn't straight

Best hairdresser in Clayton! Glad a business like this has survived covid lockdown and is still doing it's best to serve customers in the Clayton area. Show them all the support you can. The service here is top class. I've always had a great haircut and Tan' s tips for hair growth have worked very well for me.

I was a regular customer to Phuong Le’s until tonight.I went for my usual monthly haircut, but this time was with a new male staff ,and disappointedly got overcharged by the owner with an unacceptable reason as to why.She asked me how much do I usually pay. It is your shop, and it is not about how much do I usually paid, bottom line everyone need to pay the same price. It was just a dishonest move from you.

Wish I could put negative stars. Their salon in Clayton is the worst experience I’ve ever had. The owner has no respect for people’s time. I made an appointment and he still made me wait for an hour. Afterwards he refused to do my hair and asked if another trainee could do it. The trainee already messed up someone’s hair right in front of me. Can’t believe this sort of behaviour is even acceptable. Left the premises without getting a haircut after waiting an hour.
