The salesman was very nice and explained everything fully.I challenged him on installing where the shutters were being installed because of the light that it would let in - he said it would be fine.Absolutely NO communication from the company at any stage! Maybe they didn't really care about my business.Installer late without phoning. Created a small amount of damage on my inside wall but didn't mention it to me.The shutters allow light in - exactly what I had challenged the sales person on!I have 3 more shutters to be installed at the back of my place but I won't be using them.

The only thing worse than the quality of work was the customer service. Appalling job that I am still dealing with the fall out from the bad workman ship over a year later.

will never recommend again to anyone referred a mate was told there would be a voucher sent in post think it got lost in the mail they just lost 2 more clients for false advertising
