the staff are attentive and helpful with passports however what annoys me is the kiosk wifi never works so I can never print stuff on the kiosk through the wifi and this issue has been around for a year probably. It’s just annoying because I want to print small stuff and obviously can’t so if you can actually fix it it’ll be appreciated

Good store where the staff is usually experienced - but the customer service is ALWAYS awful. You can spend up to 20 minutes waiting at an empty cash register for staff to stop talking to a customer. Only ever 2 staff on the floor and it always takes ages.

incredibly rude and insufferable staff. a brunette woman acted awful towards me and began mocking me, took way longer than necessary for a photo. 0/10

I visited at around 11am on a Wednesday. There were 2 very knowledgeable staff members. There were quite a few customers waiting patiently for assistance. But no one was ignored.I wanted a certain tripod, but it was not in stock. They suggested an alternative, which was even better.
