I bought a great ride on mower here around 3 years ago now, and it's still going strong! I didn't have much experience with riders at the time (having moved from a house with a tiny patch of lawn to a property with a few acres), but the two staff members I spoke with were very helpful and pointed me in the right direction. I was back again the other day, purchasing a chainsaw, and was pleased to note that the friendly and customer-oriented attitude hasn't been lost.I would definitely recommend Melbourne's Mowers, from the experienced greenie to the novice.

What an incredible experience.I was lucky enough to be greeted by Brendan who assisted me with purchasing a lawn mower. A man full of knowledge and expertise, he assisted me in selecting a mower that would be appropriate for my needs.I had slight troubles with the mower when taking it home. I returned to the store, again greeted by Brendan who went above and beyond to insure that I left the store satisfied with the replacement product.Could not be happier with the service I receive and I could not recommend this place enough. The Red Shed Cranny are the Best ever.Have a 40 Year old KAZ V20 Brushcutter could not get Fuel Line Parts anywhere but Dale & Jason pulled the Parts from somewhereThanks and well done BoysOtherwise throw a very good piece of Machinery in the Bin

I went this morning to look for a part for my vintage rover mower. If I could not find the part I would have had to buy a new mower. I told this to the gentleman who attended to me. His name was Jason. He went out of his way and found the part I needed. It only cost me 10AUD. This is service. This was the first time I visited this shop. Now I will only go there for all my mowing needs. Thanks Jason

Husband Mark took his chain saw to get sharpened at The Red Shed. He came back and quoted how wonderful and great customer service he had received from Dale and Lek. Saw was sharpened on the spot, initially Hubby thought he was going to be just dropping it off. 5 stars for the whole experience.

I walked in and met a guy called Chris. He helped me get my old mower out of my car. He sold me a new one which was just what I wanted. He was exceptional. I was so pleased to get old fashioned great service. Would highly recommend. Very happy
