Ordered a part for my work ute, rang to cancel and order a different part and got attitude from the parts Brad about a refund even though it was a general part. Picked up my other part a few days later and the parts woman was just as full of attitude as well. Yep, got the right part but i would rather order it from interstate and pay twice as much than deal with that sort of customer service again. Don't know what happened to customer service.
