stay here for one night , room is clean and staff are very friendly. We had dinner and breakfast here as well , great bread and garlic.

It’s the best regional restaurant we visited during our road trip between Melbourne and Adelaide. Excellent services. Generous portion, great meat quality and nice presentation of our main dishes. Must-visit restaurant in Naracoorte.

Italian couple on honeymoon in Australia.We ordered two fillets and local wine, both food and wine were excellent and tasty.Kind staff available to answer questions and provide suggestions.Strongly recommended.

The highlander is by far the best restaurant in Naracoorte. 10 star service! Food absolutely delicious. The oysters are to die for! So fresh and tasty. I HIGHLY recommend!

Extremely friendly service. Moved us with no questions to another table as the aircon was too cold where we were sitting. Food was just the right sized potions and super delightful arranged and tasty. We all had 3 dishes, wish is unusual, but it was so well balanced. Local wine is great and fits right into the menu. Well worth the visit and one of the best meals we have had in our 3 weeks in Australia.

Great place to stay. Rooms are comfortable and well appointed. There is a fabulous chef-prepared menu on offer in the restaurant plus a wine list you'll love. Imported and local craft beers can be enjoyed in a relaxing indoor/outdoor bar.Highly recommended in every way.

I consider myself well travelled through regional Australia, I must say this place is amazing for a regional town. The service was spectacular, food was fresh and the Asian twist is amazing.we ordered spring rolls, sweet potato chips, satay chicken skewers and steak. All were great. If you are in this town, I highly recommend this place.Do not judge a book by its cover.
