Long wait times, congested store and rude chemist! To be more specific, it is the Asian guy, can't name him as he didn't have a name tag. If you are getting paid to serve customers, atleast have a decency to treat customers with a warm greeting and smile.

I experienced the worst customer service from the Malay or Singapore accent Chinese female pharmacist. There were two very similar products in same shelf so that I got a wrong one. I found it when I saw the receipt and went back to change to a right one in a minute, as there was no more stock the staff asked that pharmacist to help me to refund. She didn’t ask me anything and did a wrong refund. When I told her it’s wrong she didn’t listen and asked me stop talking. When she checked with the staff what happened, she blamed me and said I didn’t explain clearly. What??? She didn’t listen and give me a second to say anything. She’s very rude and arrogant to me.

The worst experience was with a Chinese pharmacist at the prescription counter. I was seeking a recommendation for eye drops as my eyes got infected but he was impatient and stand 5 meters away from you. Just wondering how can he get that position and why he could be so arrogant. Please try to avoid him on your next visit.

Advised a 25 min wait for scripts - so allowed 35 min before asking. Hadn’t even started my script. 50 minutes waiting! Would of gone elsewhere if had know. Certainly won’t be back

i went this morning to buy cough syrup for my daughter. the chinese guy there so rude and didn’t help me. i asked him 3-4 time to help meto find out medicine. after 3-4 times asked he came to me in very aggressive way and i ask Receptionist to help me and told her he’s not helping me and she also ignored. they should change staff for better service.

There is never enough staff and when you wait in line and then get asked to wait in a longer line and still don’t get to see the pharmacist, this is just rude. Rude staff and only on register going.

worst chemist ever. i have a health care card meaning i’m entitled to concession prices for medications. i went to get my script and it was full price - when i asked they said “your not eligible - this medication (quetiapine) isn’t discounted for concessions” however i’ve actually found out that my details are legit on file so whenever i go to other chemists they automatically apply the concession discount. this was also confirmed by my gp that this specific medication is eligible for concession discounts ($5.80). i’m sorry but please get staff who know how to do better, i mean this in the nicest possible way as medication is very expensive and many people have these concession cards for various reasons. i never ever go to this chemist and will always get my scripts from other chemists.

Just asked pharmacist for flu medicine. And he asked me for Australian Id. I didn’t had ID and he refused to served me. Having more than 100 fever and blocked nose he didn’t helped me. Never ever I’m going to visit this store.

Just a bit of advice to the pharmacists here, you're not doing a public service. Making customers wait whilst you chat amongst yourselves and you have a line up out the door isn't professional. Nor is the dis-interested manner in which greet customers. Your arrogance is unwarranted. Do better!!!

Very bad shopping experience came from one of the Chinese pharmacists in the store. I wonder how she got the job. Anyone coming here should avoid her.
