EASY LIVING MELBOURNE

Stayed with Easy Living for almost 2 years, including the period of lockdown, and I have only good things to say about them! They really looked after us during the hard period, everything that I needed in my room they provided and they keep close contact with us, especially if some problem happens it’s all solved quickly.A special thanks for Marcela and Carmel, that always provide the best costumer service you can think of.If you’re thinking about moving in one of the properties, don’t think twice, go!

Overpriced, houses are dirty. the company completely changes once you sign a contract with them. They tried to scam me and the other 12 people they had living in the same house that we had to pay. “Cleaning fees” even though it said there “was no extra fees” as advertised on there website. Ironically they dropped the charges for me when I went to the office and told them I’ll report them to trading standards.The landlord will text you weird things with complaints about noise and how you will be fined. (Sometimes happened to me when I wasn’t even at the property the night before)Long story short there are much much better agencies to go to than this one.

Stayed for over 1 year and was a huge help to me and my partner as we had just moved to Melbourne. Easy process to get an apartment and was happy to renew our lease. Also gave a very positive reference to my next landlord. No issues getting our full bond back. If you are respectful and considerate they will make sure you are well looked after :D Highly recommend.

Impossible to contact, they advertise their properties as rentals on websites as being readily avaliable but when you try to enquire about it you don't receive a response. After multiple attempts I received one text message asking the nature of my enquiry to which I replied immediately by enquiring about renting the property, but once again failed to reive any further replies. Eventually after 3 weeks of trying I had one call back stating that the property advertised as being available wasn't infact as avaliable until the following month. What sort of game are you people playing?

Jason attended our property for scheduled maintenance. He was extremely professional, tidy and very helpful in answering all my questions about the life.

Excellent experience with them! I lived for 2 years with them and they are very friendly and easy going, always open to listen and willing to help, I recommend renting with them, easy process too.

I stayed at 11 Alfred Street (6 bedroom house) for 5 months last year! We had the most amazing time. Close to the beach and only 15 minute train from the city, living here made my time in Melbourne!

Wonderful experience with them! Easy living has a very professional and helpful team. Very good customer service with prompt response to enquiries. Their properties are neat, clean, and well maintained. I recommend renting with them.

They have 26 properties listed on Flatmates and over 20 on their website that all say they are available but when you finally contact you (after not answering your calls, messages, emails or website enquiries) sharing your details multiple times and being stringed along they tell you that nothing is available. What horrible treatment! I am an Australian citizen trying to relocate to the area for full-time work but you have treated me like a second-class piece of ****. Shame on you!
