Phone trouble! Had to reset. Locked out! I wasted so much time online trying to resolve issue and shop assistants at Optus advised option to set up and pay for a new plan! Went to Click on Central and with their advice was able to resolve problem immediately without any additional cost. If you have ANY phone issues see them first!! Thank you so very much Click on Central.

Listened attentively to problem and offered sensible price-competitive solutions. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Only 4 stars as they they overshot the time frame for repair and I had to contact them to see if completed.

cant stick to consumer laws , dont provide a receipt rude they cant even price their products correctly. lodged a case with consumer affairs with them . dont waste your time and money take a trip to rockhampton and get professional service not a fake smile. after consumer laws contact states products mispriced must still be honoured there was no apology by any of the 4 staff the female employee was just so rude and the saving paper is a joke saving warranty claims would be more likely the reason like i said dont waste your time in the yeppoon store with the false smiles and friendliness you can see through from across the road

Read positive reviews for this business so decided to give them a go as I needed my mobile screen replaced. Originally told it would take one hour tops but would need to order in the screen, unless I wanted to go for a gold screen as had this in stock and keen to get rid of it. Declined offer of gold screen even at $50 less as not interested. Advised they would be able to do it on Wednesday. Rang Wednesday to book only to be told the part had been delayed and wouldn't be in until Friday and again offered gold screen which I had already declined. Rang Saturday to book to come in and was advised part has not been ordered as needed to be paid for in advance. I told the guy this had not been mentioned until now. AGAIN offered the gold screen and AGAIN declined it. Cancelled the order and told them not to worry about it as I had decided I would go somewhere else that is more organised and more up front. Only reason giving two stars and not one is because staff were polite despite the confusion. I don't recommend Click on Central. Parts ordering and client communication is poor.Happy to report after renegotiations and a generous discount from Click on Central repairs were completed on my phone. Staff were helpful and polite and I am impressed by the professional manner in which my complaint was dealt with. Thank you to the team at Click on Central for your consideration and your professionalism.

The staff are friendly and professional. I had security issues on my laptop and it was a massive relief to have it fixed so quickly.

Click on central computers.Way overpriced!! If I knew it was going to cost that much I would have bought a new laptop. I also had to call them Monday afternoon after they promised it would be ready by Monday morning.YeppoonNext time I'll try another business. Once bitten with this lot. AND after all that my laptop performs no different to when I took it in. $135 totally wasted. The actual problem was my internet provider so if they bothered to turn it on when I arrived they might have known this immediately instead of taking my $ for no reason.

I've always gotten great service at click on central, software rebooted on my phones and batteries replaced. Bought device accessories that are always top quality. Situated in a centre that has great parking which is also a bonus.

With the hard drive on my laptop starting to fail I had the guys diagnose the issues and subsequently a new hard drive was fitted .The work was done very promptly at a price I was quite happy with.What a totally different machine, so quick, and all the strange things it was doing , all fixed

If I could rate it 0 stars, I would. I left my very expensive gaming laptop with them for over a month. They had no idea what was wrong with one of the problems and could not get the part for the other. There was also zero contact initiated by them to inform me of it’s condition and I had made myself available 24/7 so they could. They seemed like they had almost no computer experience. I will never go to them again and would recommend that others don’t either. Staff were extremely unhelpful and lacking in knowledge. I had to tell them what was wrong multiple times and each time I spoke to them, it was like speaking to them for the first time. I had to take my laptop home with no progress made and will be taking it to a better computer store for repairs. And when I picked it up it was not even put back together properly and some of the screws were missing and it was in worse condition then when I dropped it off. 0/10 would not recommend.
