Rang to see if she could do some natural remedy for my 12yo dog with heart issues was met with rude manners lack of care and as I was speaking just asking a few questions about what she would assess in the 175$ hour long consultation I was met with a passive aggressive do a phone consultation with some vet from the Sunshine Coast and God bless bless the phone beeping in my ear. I tried to call back as I was gob smacked to no answer so I left a message to state God needs to teach her communication skills and manners. I have never been so disrespected by any vet or person in my life.

I called Charissa to ask for some homeopathic medicine for my dog as we are struggling to order it online during the COVID lockdowns. She was passive aggressive in her response that she doesn't give medicine to dogs without a consult. This is fair enough but she didn't need to speak to me as though I was wasting her time.

Rang this morning to ask about her services as we love locally on 100 acres with an array of different animals, farm and domestic. I said hello and asked if she worked with dogs. Response I got was a rude “ who are you?” I said “OH, have I called the Vet at Adare?” She said yes. I said “oh great”, she said “so who are you, do you have a name so I can speak with you like a human?” I cannot believe the rudeness, I didn’t get a chance to say who I was.I don’t normally write reviews unless I have exceptional service, as I believe in giving credit where credits due. This woman needs to learn how to speak with compassion and respect to potential clients. When she said all of this I just said, “ um don’t worry about it, goodbye”!!Do not recommend wasting your time calling her.

Charisa is amazing. She helped us provide quality of life to 2 of our best friends. She provided wholistic care that also included ensuring we were okay when times got tough. When we adopt another best friend she is the only vet we would use. We feel so blessed to have found her.

Don’t even bother. very unprofessional. booked an appointment over 1 month ago for a Saturday morning, organised a baby sitter for our daughter since the appointment was going to be 3 hours and we live almost 1 hour away. tried to call her the morning of the appointment to let her know we were on our way down, no answer. she called us when we were part way there and she tells us she was 300 miles away and can’t do the appointment. Very angry.

The best! Charissa cares for my dog who has a hole in his heart. She is amazing. He is due for his 2 yearly heart specialist appointment check up and they have said if at this appointment his stats stay this way he will have a normal life span! Charissa has detailed a whole natural eating program, he has a personalised herbal tonic and supplements.
