Would not accept cash! Seriously….

Imagine having a business that doesn't accept money in the form of cash at an airport. Would give you a zero if I could. glad you missed out on $500 in sales.

Worst staff ive ever spoken to. Dumped my change in my hand which slid off and they offered no assistance to help me retrieve it from the side of THEIR counter - just looked annoyed i was holding up the line. Called to one register only to be told after ringing up its card only - why not ask me before calling me over. Useless.

I witnessed a distressed mother trying to return an expensive T shirt that her young kids had picked up while the mother was distracted at the store with her other kids. The female staff member aged about 50, of Indian appearance refused to refund the item that the child had picked up. The lady pleaded for a refund but the staff member refused and pointed out the no refund policy. The customer pleaded that it was just a kid's mistake but she still wasn't granted the refund.When it was our turn to the counter I asked politely why that customer wasn't granted a refund. She replied sarcastically if you want to pay for her then I'll refund it ."I said wow" that's very sarcastic and rude of you

thieves selling old magazines and wouldn't refund worst service ever

Dont buy the $20 Powerflo ear phones from here. They are very poor quality. Only realized when we got on the plane.

Absolute criminal price gouging, had to pay almost 3 times the regular price for a 10 pack of Zyrtec. Normal price $13.40 there price $29. Disgraceful

Prices are quite staggering, over $9 for 12 nurofen(ibuprofen) over $8 for 1.5lt bottled water.
