Thanks ,got good service last time for my outlander .

Great staff, well explained process on what was going to be done and rang me if anything else was needed to be done. My car looked nice new after having a wash and clean before pick up.

Mat in the service centre is extremely rude and unhelpful. Couldn't even pretend to be interested while I was explaining the ongoing problems I was going through with my car even though I get all my work and servicing done here (not anymore after today). Spent good money twice to chase down an an elusive issue with the oil pressure warning coming on sporadically in my VE CalaisV.I had hoped to book it in to get checked out more thoroughly but I was also weary of throwing money at the problem for a 3rd time. To put my mind at ease I wanted to ask a couple questions and figure out if they could at least give me an idea of what I might be in for if the first two solutions" didn't fix it.He very quickly and rudely shut me down and cut me off at every opportunity. He's often hard to deal with but today he took it to a new level and exhibited some of the poorest customer service skills I've ever come across. More or less said that I can book it in 2 weeks from now if I want any answers and was happy to leave it at that. Unbelievable."
