My husband Craig and I broke down in Armidale, trying to get back to the Sunshine Coast. Dennis and Margaret were very welcoming and accommodating. They not only fixed the car quickly, but put all other work aside to help us andIf I could, I would rate this business as 10 out of 10!! You guys are awesome and an added bonus, did not overcharge us.Fantastic service, beautiful people and all round, stress free. And best off all Dennis goes for the ells. GUYS ROCK!!

Just rang them to get a quote" and some sort of advice/opinion. I don't usually do reviews but this one deserves a bad review. A person like me that's on low-income that's just requiring help so I am not wasting my time. He pretty much told me to fk off I ain't giving you free advice unless I look at it. I already said I know what could be the problems but i'm trying to slim down options on what it might actually be. Defiantly not taking my vehicle here."

Absolute champions, 5 stars from me. Affordable and trustworthy. Very helpful and friendly. The 4wd hasn't missed a beat since going in for repairs and pink slip. Professionals, in that lovable country kind of way. Highly recommend

Margaret and the team at Carsons Car Care are absolutely wonderful! Friendly, warm and well experienced. Made my pinkslip experience a breeze. With every auto shop being so busy, Margaret made sure I was able to be fitted in and even gave me a lift into town. They were fair and honest, told me what was what and didnt attempt to fix" anything that didnt need fixing. Very appreciated. 10/10 recommend."

Left my car with no hand break on. Rude and disrespectful to me and my family. Unwillingly to answer simple questions without getting angry. Overall, I will never be taking my car there again, very disappointed by this awful encounter.

Carson's serviced my Ute as part of the agreement I had to purchase it from a local small car dealer. The work was to service it and check the car over including the breaks. Funny how Carson's mechanics didn't notice that there was only a paper thin layer left on the pads and the squealer pins had been snapped off. I wonder who did that... Lucky I took it to my mechanic because I didn't trust Carson's.
