It was a long line wait up, got told we could hire fins for the day so waited 30 mins in line and then to be told by another staff member that they don't do that and would have to hire the whole set which costed more so that wasted our time and this staff member was very rude/arrogant towards us. Did not appreciate staff not being on the same page, will not be hiring from here best to just buy your own gear elsewhere and bring it in on the day. They need to also update and have a better system in place when hiring items out especially with how busy it can get here.

We went for an introductory scuba dive, first in pool then in the sea. Our guide Bernet was very friendly, helpful and we felt safe at all times. Would fully recommend !

Wonderful diving of the Tangalooma Gravie and Tangalooma ship wreck. It was above and beyond my expectations, I strongly recommend not only snorkelling it as the dives were so interesting. Our dive instructor Alex made the dive experience so easy. His knowledge and professionalism in the water are second to none.

We went on the 1,5hours guided snorkeling tour along the shipwrecks, which ended up being only half an hour of snorkeling with all the waiting and gearing up. We were disappointed of how little we got to see, especially with another 40 people in the water with us (there were about 4 groups in total with a guide each and we often got confused in the water who to follow). We ended up hiring a double kayak afterwards to go back to the wrecks and had so much more fun there - we even saw a turtle then. The snorkel tour is only worth it if your with kids or doing snorkeling the first time.

Thanks to Bernat and Nigel for taking us on our wreck dive today. We had a great time. All equipment was in excellent condition and the instructions were clear and consistent. Would totally recommend for any beginner and experienced divers.

My sons did their open water scuba diving course here and had a brilliant time. The instructor Cameron is fantastic - knows his stuff and is patient and fun with the kids. The site was awesome as well, they did dives at the wrecks and saw turtles, sharks, and even lion fish. Highly recommended!

Snorkeling in the artificial ref made of scuttled ships was special, the Marine live making a home amongst the new growing corals, and the Woebegong sharks as well as the amazing mix of different fish species was amazing
