Mum and myself went for dinner here a few nights back while we stayed in leongatha. The service was friendly and we had the roti with satay skewer chicken and teriyaki chicken with rice and was yummy food ! The teriyaki sauce was like no other that I’ve had before this one had a distinctive taste about it , i wish I could find out how much of what they put in or where the sauce is from because I loved it ! And the owner gave us a little gift before leaving and it was just a little something but they didn’t have to but the thought alone was sweet of her . Definitely want to visit here again.

Put it this way.. the atmosphere when you walk in and the care taken with the fish tank reflects the quality of the food. Will definitely not be going back, papa rich is hands down the best in the area.In response to your reply. Service was ok, perhaps i was a little harsh with that and i will adjust accordingly. The restaurant smelled quite bad when i walked in which i realised was the food when i got home and opened up my order, the food tasted like there was something wrong with it, i had a few mouthfulls before deciding to throw it in the bin unfortunately. Not sure if this was reflective of you being closed for a few days over the public holidays and just reopening but either way it was not good.

Dinner was so bad that my daughter and partner felt sick after they ate from here. Hence to say they wont be going back!

Great food and very affordable prices. Yes its not set up well for dine in / but dont let the decor fool you. Genuine Chinese food - delicious and well prepared. Spicy pork very good. We had 3 mains, 2 entrees and rice for $68.

Left out our order of steamed rice, prawn crackers were stale, sweet n sour chicken pieces were mostly batter (sauce was ok though) fried rice was ordinary and my wife found a hair in her meal which put icing on the cake. Pretty ordinary all round, I’m afraid.

We should have written this ages ago for a restaurant we kept coming back during every holiday in South Gippsland. We ventured and ate out a lot esp Asian cuisines and are impressed with the extensive menu from a cozy unpretentious local restaurant. Every single dish is delicious, very well executed and consistent. Majority is Malaysian flavour and at its best catering to Asian & non-Asian tastebuds. Photos are from multiple visits.Service is friendly and we always enjoyed a chat with the lovely couple-team owners Holly & An-Man (chef) and bubbly waitress Katie. We really like the ambience so we always opted to dine in. Not liqour licensed but BYO wine is only $1/person corkage fee, very reasonable. Not expecting fine dining or fancy restaurant but honest food done very well from hardworking down to earth owners with the aim to serve flavourful dishes.We love and recommend:Beef skewers, Chicken skewers, Crab Claws, Butter Prawns, Sweet & Sour Pork, Pork Chop King, Thai Green Curry Chicken, Cantonese Steak, Peking Duck, Special Fried Rice, Nasi Goreng, Mee Goreng, Roast Pork Hokkien Noodles, Mongolian Beef Noodles, Seafood Curry Laksa, Banana Fritters, Fried ice cream…. and many more we haven’t had but would love to try.And yes, we are going there again tonight :)

our first time here and loved it so much , every Chinese restaurant should be like this. we will definitely return and can't recommend it enough.thankyou so much for such wonderful food and outstanding service❤️
