Have been using One Sass for just over 2 months and these guys actually have software that says what it does. Makes Ebay, Shopify, Xero all talk together perfectly. Its not cheap but I can justify the spend at this price.

Just a short note re their customer service: it's a great team. The managers I communicated with (Johnny, Sherwyn, and others) are always helpful and they make it easy for non-specialists to work with their hi-tech specific product.

Absolutely Terrible on so many levels.So many times I have been confronted with can't do this" or "system can't do that" I have even been advised that if I don't like the product then go somewhere else from a customer service rep. Interesting that there is not an alternative option out there to use with the accounting program I am using

Had a terrible time with this app, I'm sure it may work for others. Support appears to be international/slow to respond and couldn't care less. Ended up paying for this and couldn't even use it with myob to do invoicing. Don't respond 1sas unless it's a refund thx

Once again I am amazed at the great support we receive at OneSaas for their great product. Today a shoutout to Sherwin for prompt and complete resolution to an issue that came up but was resolved quickly with a simple setting update. Two thumbs up!
