Excellent customer service and practice. The doctors I have scene thus far all seem to be professional and caring. Super convenient to have a skin clinic attached also. So glad we found this practice.

Being a new patient of older age I was concerned about finding a new GP. I need not have as from my making my appointment to to seeing the doctor. She listened and did not rush me. I am very lucky to be seeing Dr Sand would have no hesitation in recommending this practice.

Always a great experience to visit the practice and see Dr Leonie. She is a great listener, very caring and never hurries you out. The girls in reception are great too!

The ladies are always lovely and helpful.I never wait long for my appointment if the doctors are running late the reception let you know so you’re not waiting if you have things to do. I have been going to this practice for years and have never had a bad experience.

I have been going to the Park Ridge doctors for about 25 years and seen the changes and the only quirk is the waiting time, but I have learned that it’s because my doctor doesn’t treat you like a number and that she really cares and she will take as long as it takes to see and treat you. So I will give 5 stars for that reason and for the care I receive.

Love Dr Misha Datta. I don't live close by, but it's absolutely worth the drive to see her. She genuinely cares and works with me to find viable treatment options rather than just tick the box and out the door. Can be hard to get in to see her for this fact. But worth the wait.
