Absolutely appalling. Faulty bed delivered in Easter (April) 2022. Still waiting (December) 2022 for replacement parts. Customer service has not replied to emails and cannot get thru to a team member over the phone. Do NOT purchase any product from King Living. The quality and after sales service is possibly the worst I have experienced.

Unfortunately not having a good experience with the service of King Furniture either. Delivery times kept shifting. Like others have already mentioned, you have to chase them up constantly. You would expect the store would be helpful and supportive when there are issues, but that’s not the case.On delivery the magic joints of the sofa were missing (driver said it wasn’t on the order, but it was!) and one arm rest was damaged. We had to drive to the store in Nedland to pick up the magic joint and mentioned the damage - showed a photo. We expected a quick solution, but we were immediately redirected to the online customer service, request to submit a ticket. The store seems to redirect clients to the ‘head office’ or blame issues to the ‘warehouse’.The store often promised to call back but that never happened either.Ticket submitted on 22 November, three weeks later and not a single word from the customer service or from the store.Ordered over 14000$ of furniture; not impressed.Store not helpful and not returning calls.Online customer service doesn’t seem to care about the clients either - and not in a hurry to respond to issues.I am anxious about the delivery of the next part of my order.Service has been non-existent. Maybe I should have read the reviews before placing an order. Hopefully this review helps others.I assumed buying from a store would result in a personal relationship, service and support. But unfortunately you end up having to deal with an online head office. By the way: the head office works on Eastern time only.Very disappointed.Edit: after I posted review the customer service reached out and a replacement is ordered. Delivery not known but somewhere in new year. No response from store.Don’t know why it took so long, but will update post as soon as the case is closed.

After reading all these reviews I’m so worried , we have ordered so much from Kings,. staff from Osborne Park WA so helpful , but we have been bombarded with messages phone calls etc Re orders from where who knows , to me one person doesn’t know what the other person or department is doing , also order dates keep changing , I’m just hoping the quality matches the price , i too thought the kings products were Australian , I will keep you informed at this stage one part of delivery is supposed coming on the 23rd fingers crossed

Absolute garbage! Don’t waste you money on this useless company, we waited forever for our furniture they kept delaying by month at a time and when they say Australian made they lie it came from china and they admitted that after we bought it, and there was so much wrong with it on arrival mix matched fabric and chips in the wood, and just poor quality. Worst customer service ever too can never get through to them

Disappointed is an understatement. If you want quality furniture, don’t purchase from here. Waited nearly five months for our furniture and received it damaged with really poor quality stitching, stained fabric on the sofa, and the fabric is mismatched with parts of it being different colours. Deceiving sales staff that said the products were made and shipped from the Eastern states but really the couch and table were shipped from Shanghai. I regret spending the money here and could have gotten better quality at IKEA.

Today, after being delayed a few times, received a King Jasper Bed, dining table chairs and a day bed.The finish of the products is absolutely appalling. The fabric doesn’t fit the furniture base and is loose, wrinkled, and it doesn’t have the tight good solid finish as you would expect. Even the fabric around the dining chairs doesn’t completely fit, leaving many wrinkles around the edges.The fabric is supposedly held by velcro, but the assembly during delivery just ruins any finesse. This means completing another ticket and possibly waiting for months for a solution.Was hoping this order would end well, but unfortunately not! Hopefully this time they fix it within a reasonable timeframe. After sales care is hopeless. Especially from the store. The edges of the fabric around the corners are already torn.

So I would just like to share our experience with shopping with King Living. Bought a lounge and waited the time suggested 3 months, it arrived in four months on the 16th of December 2021. The lounge failed 5 days after delivery, then completely failed in a further 10 days after that. Rang King Living and had to wait until end of February March 2022 to have repaired. During our frustration of having our lounge fail and two attempts to rectify, numerous emails and phone calls and extreme lenth of time to rectify.

Reo sofa looks nice and is comfortable in our holiday home, but the recliner broke within two months of getting the sofa delivered. These things do happen but as it's at a holiday home where we maybe sat on it ten times before it stopped working. We contacted king and it took awhile but they responded and organised local repairs to come out who were great and quick. Now the second recliner has stopped working and we contacted king early march 2023 now mid April and have heard nothing back from them. We have contacted them a second time and still nothing. Very disappointing that we spent almost $7000 on a 2.5 seater couch and to have these issues happen when we have hardly used the sofa. Not sure I would be confident to purchase from king for everyday furniture with the experience we have had.

Read the recent reviews and comments on Facebook before deciding on whether to shop here. Excellent furniture. Terrible customer service and after care. If you’re unhappy with your product or something goes wrong there is no way to resolve it. Apparently staff don’t make mistakes, only customers do.
