Has taken quite some time to respond after advising I would not proceed with my file. Also was not advised of costs upfront but via email following day. Was recommended to this business based on only charging at end of file if house was sold and settled however I never placed home up for sale. Now facing a hill for services that I’m likely to be unable to pay without facing further financial hardship.
