I have never once contacted or needed their services. I have told them on 5 different occasions to remove me from their caller list. Blocked their number. But now they call on a private number. The only Pest control I need is ironically to remove these pest from calling my phone. They’re a greater pest then any pest they could remove from your home. It gives me great satisfaction upon reading through reviews I’m not the only one. Very poor business.

Always excellent prompt service.People who whinge about being cold-called have obviously never owned a home that needed regular pest control!Hunter United Pest Control have always been professional and are excellent at reminding me when my next recommended inspections and maintenance treatments are due.Prevention is better than cure!

Good service. Very punctual. Was referred by friends and can confirm their opinions. Noted some bad reviews but they are from many years ago. All staff are employees not sub contractors so everybody has an interest in a good job. Price was reasonable. So far no bugs and spiders. Highly recommend. Serviceman was Chris.

Regardlessof my having to put my number on a no call list these people constantly call me. I have asked them not to call but they are a bigger pest than the pests they try to get rid of. I would give them less than one star if I could.

Not happy at all with the products or the service. Beware they only give a 6 month warranty and if its a week passed they wont help you. Wont return phone calls, i will not be using this company again.

Rod came out and was punctual and very professional and would highly recommend to anyone. Rod was very honest with me and did a test on my couches and because my couches were extremely dirty he was very upfront with me and said it won't work and did not even charge me a call out fee. Any other company would have done it and taken my money. Thanks for your professionalism and honesty.

My mother called to query her invoice after being unsure about her bill due to a miscommunication with the man who sprayed her house. The bill was a carbon/duplicate copy and difficult to read. Leslie, the accounts person, spoke very rudely to her and shouted at her to 'just read your invoice'. She then informed my mother that she 'runs 3 business and she knows she is correct'. She then insinuated that my (retried) mother was at home during the day because she was too stupid to work. I'm appalled that she was spoken to in such a manner from a business that states on its website that they offer 'excellent customer service.'

I am going to abuse this lot next time I get a cold call! And there will be a next time - they are pathologically incapable of removing me from their call list despite multiple requests. DON'T use them - you will never get rid of them.
