Great location to raise kids

Lived here for four years, awesome environment. Management is fair, but strict with troublemakers. Gardens are well tended, grounds and building exteriors well maintained. Four pools means you can always find a spot. All accommodation comes with parking, however if you own two cars … then you need to be sure you acquire the right accommodation. Excellent community atmosphere. Generally very quiet except for school holidays.

Would not recommend they are good until you try and get bond back they want units to look like new when you move out will get there bond cleaners in and charge you 11 hours for 2hour job. Rent to high for tiny unit

there's never any parks, the units themselves are falling apart. management is incompetent with responding to emails/following up issues

Good size units would definitely stay here.

Very noisy neighbourhood, especially on weekends. The little creek thing behind the units is never tended to and looks like a mini forest housing all sorts of nasty pests at the moment. Pools are always crowded and my friend's bike was stolen at night even though she had a lock on.

Visitors parking is not good.

Nice newish units, but I found Linda and the rental department (2016 - 2017) had some very strange communication protocols and were quite judgemental and dismissive.

Great to live

We rented here for 9 months and to be honest it wasn't a place that suited us. It's by no means quiet, this estate is dominated by young families and their noisy kids. Every day especially school holidays and summer the noise from screaming kids was unbearable at times especially as we had the pool behind us. If you are wanting peace and tranquility then I don't recommend living here or if you do make sure you have a house right away from the pool/BBQ/Playground area. On the plus side, the townhouse we rented was in excellent condition, the grounds are kept really well maintained, its very attractive estate with 4 pools so if you are a family then its a great and safe place to live. Management are good especially Kirsty, they did do their best to try maintain peace and harmony and maintenance was dealt with very quickly.
