Everything about my time at Dynasty Hair was first-rate. My stylist, Alessandra, had a high degree of expertise and talent. She skillfully changed the look of my hair, designing a look that complemented my face shape and personal tastes. I enjoyed my visit to the salon because of Frieda's tranquil management of the space. My experience was top notch thanks to Marinise and the rest of the team, who were welcoming and attentive. I will most definitely be going back to Dynasty Hair again for their fantastic services because they are a wonderful gem!

Before I went to the salon, my hair was dry and I wasn't at all happy with it. However, after I left, I was ecstatic. I went in for a colour adjustment, and Lynette made sure I got the same, if not better, results. The service is outstanding, and the personnel is very courteous and friendly. They welcomed me warmly and guided me through the entire process. I've never received as many compliments on my hair, and I was happy with the outcome. My hair was done by Mimi, and he did a fantastic job! I wholeheartedly endorse this salon.

Dynasty Hair is a real treasure in the rough! My stylist, Mimi, gave me the most incredible haircut I've ever received. She was not only knowledgeable but also wonderfully warm and caring. I had my initial meeting with Mimi, who put me at ease right away. He listened and I took his counsel on what he knew best. Communication was amazing. Staff are just amazing! They are so friendly and they explain every product applied on my hair. The place was so busy but they made sure I was looked after. And my hair turned out just like how I wanted it! Straight and so shiny! I had an amazing time and will surely be back. Shout out to Madi and Ali who took care of me. They are an amazing team. My initial experience at this salon was undoubtedly good. The employees are nice. The salon is spotless and well-lit. My hair was cut by a fantastic hairdresser who made sure I was satisfied with the outcome. He is perceptive enough to pay attention to my needs.I adored how it came out.The delay was the only drawback. I was running late despite having an appointment, so I had to wait an additional 30 minutes. This is undoubtedly the newest preferred salon. I'll be back shortly.

My hair feels the worst it has ever been, I cannot even run a brush through it, it feels like chalk and I have even had to straighten it this morning, as it was curlier than it ever has been. From the moment I walked in to the Salon I was asked to take a seat, I waited and then was asked to sit at the basin. I sat at the basin and then was asked to move, I moved and then was asked to sit at the basin again and then was asked to move again so another hair dresser could use the basin. Then I was asked to sit at the basin again. This time my hair was washed and then I went over to another seat to have the Keratin applied and then waited for 1hr. Then the hair dresser came to dry my hair, she pulled and tugged and it hurt quite alot, she stopped several times and was on her phone and even walked away to do something on her phone without even saying anything right in her middle of it. She didn't dry my hair properly and definitely didn't straighten it in small enough sections either. I did advise that I was not happy, but was only offered to have it washed out. I sent a message via messenger on Facebook and an email and received no response. I have had Keratin several times before and never has my hair been like this. It has always felt smooth, shiny and light. Not heavy, dense, matted, dull and curly, with so much breakage. I left it for the 3 days as advised and still need to straighten it. Worst service ever. Definetley do not recommend.
