Really outstanding customer service! I ordered a bike online and despite being told by the manufacturer how long delivery would take I still called the shop on a couple of occasions to check how the order was progressing. Both times I spoke to Savannah who was so lovely and helpful and tried her hardest to ensure I could pick my new bike up on a day that worked for me.I picked it up today and dealt with another staff member by the name of Monique who was also exceptionally lovely. She helped me squeeze my bike in my tiny car all with a laugh and a smile.These two women are really exceptionally good with customer service and I’ll definitely be back for all my future bike needs!

Awesome shop, heaps of stock, knowledge and experience. Always too easy to deal with and great local pricing on all bikes we have bought.

Had my new ebike serviced and checked over. Prompt and informative service. Reasonable price ($149)Gave me peace of mind as I has purchased the ebike on-line and assembled it myself.

Unfortunately, our experience with this Bike Shop was not good. We found the owner to be very rude even after we had purchased a pushbike and once we purchased a pushbike, the handlebars failed. Upon complaining, he blamed us for the problem. No stars, terrible shop don’t go there.

I wish I’d taken more notice of the terrible reviews of Sunrise Cycles before purchasing a $2500 electric trike from this shop. The first sign of trouble happened when I went to collect it. As the receptionist rode it out of the shop I heard a slight clunk as the rear wheels rotated. She assured me not to worry but the clunking only got worse with time. When I brought the trike back for its initial free service I also mentioned that the back brake howled loudly when applied. Looking at the trike and noting how clean it was, it had been garaged, the shop owner accused me of spilling cleaning product on the brake causing it to squeal. This was after he had shouted at me as I returned the trike through the shop “Stop! you wouldn’t ride through someone’s lounge would ya!” A comparison I am still processing. The free service resolved none of the issues which slowly worsened. A month later I returned to have the trike looked at again. This time the receptionist accused me of spilling cleaning products on the brake! Soon after picking the trike up from this “service” the clunking returned and the brake remains unusable. The grinding from the axle is now so bad the trike is unrideable. It seems pointless confronting these people again so I’m taking the trike elsewhere to get it fixed.

These guys and girls are awesome in this shop. I walked in thinking there wouldn’t be a bike in my price range, but they really do have bikes in all price ranges and different styles and uses. Highly recommend. Great service. Extremely happy with my purchase.

Wow where do I start, first off I rang to book my e-bike in for a service, a date was set and I was expecting it to be serviced on that day, but no 4 days later I had to ring and was told that it was only booked in for a quote. Waited another 3 days to finally get a quote for $235 for a service and to fix some play in my rear shock bolts. When I dropped the bike off I asked them about getting a print out for the computer update and I was assured that I would get one which will show everything, great.I agreed to go ahead with the quote thinking that it would be an extensive service for that price but when I picked it up I was disappointed to find that no print out was offered or told anything about the service that was supposedly done (only update done). I questioned about the update print out and now was told that it’s not worth having as it was useless information! I know for a fact that it’s not useless info. from previous services that I’ve had done in the past at another bike shop.I wasn’t given any service sheet to say what was checked or done, no break down of the bill, just a cash register receipt for $235.I know the update was $69 and was told that it takes no time at all to do it, what the other $160 was for I don’t know.For $235 I feel it was bad service and a figure plucked out of the air so I wouldn’t return, well it worked and I won’t be stepping foot back into that place again.As a tip to others ask for a break down on your quote, I realise now that I was stupid not to ask as I trusted them too much.
