I normally enjoy subway, but I will not be returning to the Seymour Subway. Lack of ingredients/toppings, staff were not overly friendly

Very good roadside place. Close to all the good shops in the area. Excellent food and terrific customer service. Superb ambience and nice place to dine occasionally. Easily accessible place with wheel chair facility. Good customer care friendly staff with prompt help desk.

What can I really tell you that you probley don't know already.....Its a chain restaurant, pretty much all the same with a few very important possible differences. For instance, this Subway is very clean, the workers all seem to take good care when preparing the food. The bathroom is always clean as well as the dining room area. The workers are all friendly and the food is always the same, standard Subway fare with not much variation. I eat at this restaurant at least 1-3 times a month. Since there isn't much for eating establishments in this tiny town it is, in my opinion, one of the two best places to eat in Seymour, the other one of the two is The Chicken Shack.

The amount of times I go to subway at 7pm two hours before closing at 9pm weekdays (along with weekends) and they are out of ingredients, cookies and multiple types of bread is terrible, to be told a delivery is coming tonight or tomorrow is ridiculous. It is clear they are simply cutting costs by ensuring they don't have any waste and afraid to open another packet of a particular ingredient etc.There becomes a time when reputation is more valuable then then the small cost saving.

Frankly in my time I have been to many fast food chain stores but this one was one of the best i had seen in a while. Extremely polite staff, great service, very clean. 10/10 well done subway!
