Can’t help but notice women working here are least helpful and not professional and want it easy. They just say an easy ‘no’ for same delivery service I have been given through other workers in same office, a guy. Just acting as if they don’t understand what you are asking. A simple label print for return item. Very rude

The worst service ever!! I wanted to send my 20kg bag, 84cm L (the website says max 22kg is allowed and 105cm L) and they said they couldn't ship this to Brisbane because it looked too big (even though I had sent it through Australia Post Brisbane to Melbourne before with no issues). The Lady then grab a measuring tape and measure the bag in 360 grades, no length, no width no height. Just like if she was measuring somebodies body.With all due respect, but Australia Post should hire younger people that actually want to work and have some common sense and not just cranky overage ladies that all what they want is to be at home.

This Australia Post outlet may be small, but don't let that fool you - the staff are incredibly helpful and attentive. Despite the crowds during lunch and evening hours, the staff remained professional and efficient, answering any questions I had and providing guidance on postal services. i had requested for my parcel to be delivered via safe drop. i was notified via email that was unable to be completed due to external circumstances, therefore my parcel had been brought to the parcel lockers to be picked up. i received a separate email with a barcode, QR code and access code to use upon pick up. i spent 30 minutes at the parcel locker trying to pick up my package. it took 15 minutes for the barcode to finally scan. and once it did scan a message came up on the screen saying that the access code was invalid. this was absolutely impossible and irrational. the access code was also denied as it was “wrong”. how could it be wrong when it was the one and only SPECIFIC code/barcode? after giving up and getting home i received another email telling me that my safe drop request had failed - 6.5 hours AFTER the parcel was meant to be delivered. 40 minutes after this email (after i had gotten home) i received ANOTHER email explaining that the parcel had been transferred to be picked up IN SHOP. absolutely ridiculous. beyond furious.

Worst service. Went to take a passport photo and they took it in dark background which will be rejected for sure. Told them that. And the lady says we will redo it for you if the passport is rejected. What sort of response is that? Will she also pay for the lost time waiting for redoing the passport? Do yourself a favor. Choose a better post office.

Had to post some boxes abroad and the help I revived was second to non. Big thank you to everyone at the store helping to get my things to their destination. Best Aus Post experience I’ve had. Thank you!

Had a really good experience with a staff member called Alex. He was extremely helpful and provided useful information.

Some people are great.Today I went to buy a pack of flat satchels. One male personnel (who wasn't even serving me standing on the side) said it could only be bought online WHIST the Asian lady actively went in the back room and within seconds found the pack (which are heaps in stock).A few months ago I was sent back home for the same reason and then I was forced to travel to the MEL CBD branch to get the pack.I am confident that the new people are well trained, willing to work, and actually are working pro-actively.Thanks to her.

The most inconvenient post office ever. I used to be able to pick up my mail on Saturdays, but now I can rarely do so. How are those who work from 9 to 5 able to retrieve their mail?!

What can I say other than this place is absolutely fantastic!? I had a parcel delivered to my apartment and the instructions were not followed. I went to the post office to pick it up. It weighed 20kg’s and I’m 4ft9, with a little shopping trolley… safe to say, it wasn’t going to happen. I was going to catch an Uber. The manager was unbelievably helpful and offered to redeliver it after their closing time. I received my parcel and am very grateful for the flexibility and going out of their way to do that. Thank you!
