Had a mishap whilst driving and the side window of my car was destroyed. Gave Peter a call and asked if i could come by and he could help me out, knowing that he was a busy man. He said no problem and was the goto man in getting the parts and fixing up my car in due time. Excellent service and a great local business to support. Glenside Crash Repairs were extremely UNHELPFUL, we took the time to get a quote from them and they then never called back or answered our messages to book in our car. We have been trying to book it in for 5 months and possibly because it isn't a large job, they ignored us.We plan to ask the RAA to allow us to use another crash repairer as Plush and Casanova have been really helpful.

Awesome service, I had a few questions about paint chip repair and they were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help me out. I very much appreciated the assistance, will be coming here for sure if I ever need any repairs! A few nice euro cars in the garage undergoing some surgery. Thanks again!

He gave me two repair options, explained the cost-benefit analysis of each and then gave his (excellent) recommendation considering the nature of the work that needed to be done. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Glenside Crash Repair to friends and family (except my family already recommend him to me after bringing their various crash repairs here over 25 years). I didn’t give Pete my surname for the initial quote, so he had no idea my family have been long-time customers - I guess his high level of customer service applies to everyone. Excellent service at an affordable price. The people there are very friendly and did more than expected, I went in to change a headlight after a crash and they fixed the paint and dents at no extra cost. Would definitely recommend!

Doesn't look like much from the outside, but don't let that fool you. Good service, quick and efficient. Good workmanship. They just do what they need to do and do it well with no fuss. Highly recommended. Would definitely use again.

Sent my car for repairs after a crash. Thinking that it is RAA approved, it would be good to send my car there. After 3 weeks the car body was repaired but the door handle wasn't replaced. The reason given was he couldn't find the part. He said he will give me a call and bring the car back when he found the part. It's been one and a half years now and not a single call. Don't trust this guy.This is the worst crash repair shop I have ever come across. RAA should remove its acreditation.

I went to this garage 10 years ago and it was fixed less than half and an hour. Yesterday I went to the garage to fix my bumper as it was detached slightly after I knocked on a pole while reversing my car. He just took a good look at my car and fixed it back in less than 5 minutes without charging a single cent. This is my best neighbour garage and his service is highly recommended.

Originally obtained a quote to repair my car, Took insurance 4 months to pay for damages. Approached this business to fix my car, stated had to re-quote as paint cost had changed - no issue with that at all, however never got back to me with new quote, followed up a month later to follow up quote, never replied.
