TL Commercial Finance

From my experience with this company they provide no flexibility at the end of term as promised when entering the agreement. The broker that they used for my deal lied about negotiating terms and any property that you choose to return comes under excessive scrutiny despite being used in a gym and having fair wear & tear.Their customer service was great until you deal with management who come across rude and abrupt.While they provide convenience when entering business I would exercise caution when signing contracts. Ensure you understand their terms and take advice as face value and nothing more.

What a shocker and about as unscouplous as they come. They even told me it was my resonsibility to notify them my contract was at an end and took an additional $17,000 out of my bank account ( i was injured due to a MVA)When quering them on this, they then tried to force my hand for an additional $7995.00 to pay out the vehicle I had already over paid $17k OnI have had to initiate legal action through NCATFile Number: GEN 22/43976Date Lodged: 04/10/2022According to my broker, they are literally screwing everyone, for every cent and not interested.They operate under multiple names and play the game like true white collar thieves.You have been warned

Just another finance company. Havn't had issues yet contract is a yr old and only a short term solution, but they havn't cause any dramas to date.

can’t give them a zero star! disgusting debt collection, i signed on the dotted line in good health 2019 week later, major accident then covid then another major accident then this week another fatality, spoke to me like a dog blaming me for my business hurdles when none have been my fault, i’ve always picked myself back up and tried my best with all creditors, threats after threats. read the fine print!!! this was suppose to be a finance to put money back into my pocket for equipment i paid cash for, fine print wants your gear after the 4 years of loan payments or pay them 20% more again on top from initial borrow value, absolute scam ! it was supposed to just be a normal loan

Whatever you do, DO NOT!! associate with this company, they will try and bleed you dry. They are spineless scammers with no good intentions, set to rip you off thousands of dollars.

Scammers beware, aggressive bully tactics used to recover. Not sure if they hired gang members to arrange collections" very scary stay clear."

I wish google have negative rating star. Financed our old vehicle with them 5 years ago. End of the contract, they asked us to pay extra 20% of the vehicle value to end the contract which we never know when we signed the contract with them. Criminal, theft. They just want earn easy money on other hard work.

From my years of dealing with TL Commercial they are the most morally Corrupt company I have ever dealt with in 50 plus years in business.. Read all the fine print and the interest rate.The bottom line is is they niether care about you the customer nor the companies they associate with. You would be insane to deal with them. In my opinion only I think a good examination by ASIC might find a few interesting details in their ethics

Avoid like the plague.This company is scamming people out of a lot of money! Contract was for 48 months and continued debiting well over 65 months. The only way to stop payments is through the bank.Over 25k over payment on the contract and they're asking for an additional 20% on the equipment plus a 90 day notice.

Will NEVER work with them again. Read these reviews and beware.They have disgusting manner, disgusting management and they prey on the vulnerable.We never missed one of their (large) payment for 4 years straight. Even through Covid, even through Christmas, where other companies opt to have you pay 10 or 11 months of the year or gave you a break over slow periods or a break over Covid and a chance to catch up , these guys just take and take. We kept up and still there is no favours or gratitude. Nothing. They want top dollar for old machinery as in their words they would rather take it to sell it at auction than let us have it (a mere $1100) cheaper.Read all the small print...on everything...Better yet - go elsewhere if you have the opportunity. They don't deserve your money or your time. Money hungry
