Sorry but their customer service is terrible, not friendly, not happy at all.Talked to the lady her name is Leanne today about the payment, she was not helpful, use an excuse that she was busy and asked me to come in tomorrow to talk to someone else and hang up on me . Then I called again and talk to her, let her know that I can wait and then again she hang up on me.

We’ve been coming here since our child was 6 months. Most teachers are great and interact very well with the children, but I guess it also depends on the child’s adaptability. Lately our child moved up a class and every week they get a new teacher and take lessons with different kids, which makes it a little hard as we never know what to expect, we think that we are enrolled in a slot for make up lesson. Today he was particularly upset and cried for the first time and expressed that the teacher was not listening to him and he felt angry and frustrated. I managed to get him back to continue swimming but obviously he is having trouble enjoying his swimming lately.Private lessons might be the way forward…

Great swim school and aquatic centre. Indoor, warm pool for kids. Two big outdoor lap pools and a basic waterpark.

Been coming here for a while now and the service and teaching is always amazing for my little boy Noah. Special shout-out to Kim, she always goes above and beyond and is an amazing teacher! and is always super polite. Great place definitely recommend
