Genuinely appreciate the service I received here. The lady Jasmine was very helpful and knowledgeable on what I required. Would definitely recommend visiting these guys. The customer Service was beyond amazing!! Highly recommend

This chemist continually makes mistakes, over & over again. I’ve worked retail and know accidents happen (no one is perfect) but when something goes wrong every single time you enter the store you have to question the training practices that have gone on in this store. The head pharmacist in charge down the back (who conveniently never wears a name tag), an older man who has been called out in previous reviews is the rudest person I’ve ever interacted with. The first time I met him, I thought he’s just having a bad day, no worries. Ha. And then I realised he is rude & arrogant every single day. I feel sorry for the other pharmacists who have to work with him. There are also continual issues with scripts, pricing & payment. I’ve actually worked in a doctors office and had the pleasure of dealing with this particular Chemist Warehouse in a professional capacity as well, same problem. Rude & arrogant and causes problems. Insisting that we’re incompetent and haven’t sent scripts over when in fact, they just don’t know how to check their email. Additionally, I have never not once seen anyone in this store clean anything, including surfaces which have high contact with customers. Staff commonly wear their face masks incorrectly. There is never hand sanitiser available on entry to the store. No one ensures customers are checking in via Service NSW. And on top of this huge dumpster fire, the wait times are literally ridiculous. Just last week I waited an hour and twenty minutes for one script, and then of course, the script was filled incorrectly and I had to get it fixed again, by the same arrogant man mentioned earlier in my review, who then rolled his eyes at me and wasted another 30 minutes of my time. This whole store is a health hazard, and a waste of time, steer clear.

Always go there and the service I receive is always above and beyond. Jasmine especially always give exceptional customer service

Best Chemist Warehouse I’ve been to. My doctor’s office emails my scripts in and they are made up and ready to go before I phone in to ask them to do it.Jasmine remember’s the little things and is super friendly….it all makes a difference.Will go out of my way to come here whenever I need

Disappointing experience. Pharmacist was completely unhelpful and refused to dispense my script for eye drops which were needed urgently to stop eye damage. Went to Terry White Chemist in Lavington and Pharmacist so helpful and accommodating. Don't waste your time going to Chemist Warehouse. Go straight to Terry White Chemist.

I got a great price on the Invictus cologne set, customer service was really good.

I normally don’t write reviews but both the pharmacist in charge and Jasmin especially deserve a special shout-out! The customer service we receive from them is absolutely amazing. Scripts are done swiftly and Jasmin is always more than welcoming, warm & friendly. We haven’t been going to this chemist often as it is not closest to us but this will be our go to from now on, well worth the extra time driving! Keep it up guys.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Constantly losing scripts, not processing online orders because they didn't see it there" and regularly unable to supply full orders of medications. Constantly having to chase up whether essential meds are ready and having to travel to other chemists for part orders that they don't have. Steer clear

For the *third* time, I've gone here to fill a prescription, specifying explicitly that I do not want a generic, only to wait 20 minutes to be handed a generic, and then having to correct staff, again, that I do not want a generic. And again, after waiting, am told they do not have anything but generics, wasting 30 minutes of my time and petrol.I don't blame the woman behind the counter, I just think whoever's in charge just doesn't do a good job.
