Always great service on my repairs and excellent work

Maybe good at what they doing but definitely not reliable. Asked them if they could make headbands, she said yes come back in 2 weeks. I did, nothing was done. She said come back in a week, I did, and again nothing was done!!! I asked her to tell me if she couldn't do it, she said yes yes she can, and asked me to wait again!Waited...called 3 times, left messages, no news. Went there 3 weeks later, still nothing done. I left and will find someone else to do it, but what a waste of my time! When she could have just told me from the start that she couldn't do it.

I've been happily taking my clothes for alterations here for a few years now. Being local and quick turn around times, i highly recommend you check them out.

Great work and service. she always tells me that it’d be cheaper to bin it and buy a new one, which cracks me up for the whole day. Love it.

Was driving by and wanted pick up a few things. Saw Stitch Away- alterations and haberdashery and decided to pop in and see what fabrics they had. Was not a pleasant experience. Was asked as soon as I walked in what I wanted, which I told her and was informed they don’t have but still wanted to look at the fabrics. Felt the the customer service representative glaring at me the whole time to the point where I decided to leave and didn’t asked to see any of the fabrics I was interested in. Then she came to let me out of the door and told me, “I don’t know how you got in here in the first place” ???? I left confused as it’s 2:00pm, the door was physically open and there’s a big sign on the door that says “OPEN”. Will not be going back there for haberdashery or fabrics and would not recommend.
