Mister Minit Parabanks Salisbury

Struggled to find someone to help copy gate key until I found this Mister Minit. Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and you can tell he really cares about his customer. He researched to find the perfect remote for me, provided great advice on how to get it to work and has gone beyond the call of duty by even offering to drop by and set it up for me... highly recommended!

Curtis was very helpful today with my car key replacing the battery and coming outside to reprogram the key to my car much appreciated and thanks again! Highly recommend

The back of my smartwatch was stuck and couldn't be opened to change the battery. Went to 2 other places without success then found this store. Fantastic! Very helpful and had it fixed in a few minutes.

Went in on Saturday to get a name engraved on a pen, the guy behind the counter was busy on his phone and was oblivious to customers. I had to say “excuse me” politely 3 times before he noticed I was there. On giving him the pen and writing down the name he told me to return in 20 minutes. As I had only the pen to be engraved I said I would stay and wait. He then was quite rude and said I had to step away as the counter required to be completely visible for other customers. His tone was abrupt and he sounded annoyed that I chose to wait rather than walk away. I took two steps back and waited. I will never be going back to this guy and have voiced my experience to my large family. You need to go back to school and learn manners mate! Very disappointed. One star is only for the engraved name!

Absolute legend, sorted out some watch batteries, broken sunglasses and a new car key I've been needing. Good service even when busy and very well priced.

Went in to get my designer bag strap fixed and the staff were friendly and fixed it in about an hour and at such a reasonable price! Thank you
