Recently rang to have some locks rekeyed. Was given a date and time that suited. Ethan rang when he was on his way. Excellent service. Great value for money. Friendly and professional. Highly recommend them.

I have recently got a Fire door keys from them that didn't work. And their ( Shawn was the person that dealt with me )solution is to get me to drive 3 hours around Sydney to get this rectify. Moreover , there is no client care and lack of professionalism. Sending emails with capital letters and not offering any kind of solution.
